THE COUNT DOWN IS ON
Okay well it's officially started, the countdown that is. Nolan's mission papers were sent in last Sunday. (Now you know why graduation was so hard for me, cuz I knew this was just around the corner). The Stake President said it could take anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks. I thought it might be fun to do a pool like Kim did for her baby. Every one enter a comment where you think Nolan might be going on his mission and the person who guesses right will win a $25.00 gift card. You can't guess where some one else has and if no one gets it right on the nose, it will go to the person who is closest geographically. I should tell you that I don't think there is a chance of him getting sent to anywhere in South America because their main antibiotic is sulfa which is what Nolan is allergic to and if he was ever to have it again it could kill him. Good luck and might I add that I hope he gets called to the Cove Fort Mission.

GRADUATION ... NOT THE END IT'S THE BEGINNING
Okay here come my tears. I can tell it is going to be bad the next few months. How can you let something go that you love so absolutely much? That whole let the bird go and if it comes back to you story is a bunch of crap. Definitely a man wrote that. I can definitely tell I am going to have to get my welbutrin refilled to make it through J/K I think! His program was so good. They never have it so long that it drives you crazy. He had a lot of his family there and I want everyone who took the time to spend this special day with Nolan to know how much we appreciate it. We have a great family.
They read out everyones name who received a scholarship and they have to stand. Nolan got two of them; an academic one from Snow and a leadership one from SUU. He will be attending SUU when he gets home from his mission. Sorry Kim :(

These are some of Nolan's best friends. The first picture is of the gang. They have a lot of good memories to share and some that I am probably glad that I don't know about. The second picture is of all the kids from our ward. I didn't get any pictures of seminary graduation because someone took my camera home with them instead of leaving it with me. I have issues with that subject.

These are some of the nicest girls in the whole wide world and beautiful too. Nolan had a blast doing things with them. They did some pretty goofy things, harmless but goofy. I just hope that they are not all married by the time Nolan gets home from his mission but I have a feeling they all will be :(

The last two pictures are of State track where Nolan got to run in the 4X400. They were predicted to take dead last and ended up taking 3rd. Nolan ran the first leg and did totally awesome. The best he's ever ran. He was a totally great kid to raise and a joy to be around (most of the time). I want him to know how proud I am of him and what a good example he is to me.

My family. I am the luckiest girl around.

She's A Dancing Queen

Last weekend Mahala had a dance competition in Spanish Fork. She had her solo on Friday and her team competition was on Saturday. She was so nervous Friday driving up there and the more she talked about it the more nervous I became. I tell you I was just meant to have kids that are studious and not in extra-curricular activities, cuz it is so hard on my stomach. In her group were two other girls from her school that also happen to be her good friends. She did such a great job. She won queen and was in seventh heaven all night. Thanks goes to Grandpa Spencer, Dad, Nolan, Nicklaus, Kyle, and Morgan for coming to support her. It meant a lot to her, especially knowing that dancing isn't there thing. We also found out that Brielle has the rhythm in her and I hate to tell her mom this but she has a possible dancer on her ha
nds.
