Which witch is which?

All the girls from work decided early in the year that we should all go to "Lion King" together. It ended up that we couldn't all make it together for the whole day but we all ended up at the play together. As for the play, I thought it was okay and I was glad that I went, but it wasn't my favorite. I think it will always be hard to beat "Wicked" but I also liked "Le Miz" better too. I love beautiful singing and I just didn't think that "The Lion King" was all the strong in that category. But as for the costumes in "The Lion King" I thought they were breath taking, incredible, hard to beat and the list goes on and on.

The three of us that went together had a great time. We went shopping at Tia Pan and Gardner Village and then we ate at Red Lobster after the play. Gardner Village is always so fun for the holidays. They have the most incredible witches decorating the place. We all went through the village and then picked out our favorite one. Rita's favorite was the one sitting on the john in an old out house with a sign that said "Witchy Poo" but it was too dark to take a good picture . It was a fun day away from Fillmore..

Impromptu Lunch

Morgan was quicker than I about getting this post on but she forgot a few facts that I get too share. The whole reason this lunch came to be was because Kyle was in the dog house and Morgan was mad so she decided that a lunch date was in order. We met at the DQ in Scipio and after we ate lunch and most of our Blizzards we went over to the little petting zoo that they have right by the side of there. At first Brie wasn't too interested but as soon as she saw the pigs she was sold. She got down and had a nice little piggy conversation with them. Like Morgan said they do have this spooky looking Emu that just kinda freaks you out. It looks at you like it's thinking, get over here just a little closer so I can pluck your eyes out. You couldn't pay me to get in the cage with it. They have those fainting goats and I wish we could have gotten them to do it but I guess they have gotten used to living with an emu that wants to pluck their eyes out, they aren't scared of nothin' now. But my all time favorite was the pony. It was friendly, maybe a little too friendly. Morgan and Brie bent down by it so I could take their picture and it put Morgan's whole camera case in its mouth and then wouldn't give it back. Watching them have a mini tug of war was quite entertaining, and then he took a horsey nibble on Brie's arm. After that she didn't like that pony too much. It was a fun, quick trip and I am for Kyle getting into trouble more often if it means days like this.
OH YEAH....This is super blog worthy. Fillmore is now up-town. We have an official mail truck.
Beat that you city people. Oh yeah I forgot you've had them for decades. Silly me. But it doesn't take much to make my day.
